1 Peter 5:10 ESV
“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”
You never thought better would look like this. Guess what? I have some good news, IT DOESN’T!
God desires the best for you, and in that sometimes you learn that suffering is apart of the process. Even in that suffering, his grace is still displayed in the most incredible ways. It doesn’t matter how bad it gets, you seem to always survive. You’ve had many close calls, but his grace was made perfect even in your time of weakness.
Each part of the story has been divinely orchestrated to establish you! You are preparing to enter into the year of 2020 and as we transition, The Lord is going to bring strength to the foundation and future of your vision. You will be established and “make up” for what seemed as lost time.
The preparation you gained in past seasons matured you more than it delayed you, and gave you the time necessary to be restored. Restoration is not just you being healed, but it is a revival of your relevance. When you emerge this new year, you will be up to date (timely, on schedule) and necessary (needed or vital).
2020 will also be a time of great confirmation, not in the sense of agreement only, but in demonstration as well. You will see God’s hand of approval and endorsement.
A confirmation works in the same way as a receipt. It is the verification that although what’s desired may not be present, but it’s already paid for.
The time you waited strengthened you, and now you will see, that it was for your good. The intentions of this year wasn’t just to build you, but to bring you into an established place where you walk with divine authority and security in every place or your life.
